Low Price Guarantee
You will never pay more for any product at Scooterpartsplace-guaranteed!
If you happen to find the same product at a lower price, we will refund the difference - promptly.
And, to show our commitment to you, you have 30 days of price protection from the date of your purchase.
Price match for products you would like to purchase
If you want to purchase a product from Scooterpartsplace.com and you see it advertised at a lower price anywhere else, there are two ways to get that price for your order:
- Place your order by email
Email us at sales@Blacktopmotorsport.com, and we will gladly place your order at the lower price. Include the lower price and the location where it was found.
- Use our online shopping cart
Place your order online as you would normally order an item from Scooterpartsplace.com. In the "comments" area in the checkout section of your shopping cart, note the lower price you found and where you found that price. We will adjust your order to reflect a credit of the difference.
**Please note: your online receipt will not reflect the price adjustment if you order with our shopping cart. It will be emailed to you immediately once the adjustment has been processed.
Processing your order at the lower match price is done at the discretion of Scooterpartsplace.com and is subject to evaluation using the terms and conditions below.
Terms and conditions
Price comparison includes merchandise selling price plus equivalent shipping method and handling charges. Expedited shipping offers may not be available for price matched orders. The item also needs to be the identical product available for purchase from an authorized dealer and not a pricing error. Excludes manufacturer restrictions, rebates, liquidations, auction sites such as Ebay, coupons, promotional offers, employee discounts and membership club stores. Price matches discounts cannot be combined with Scooterpartsplace.com promotional offers. Pennsylvania residents – price matches do not include state sales tax.
On rare occasions, erroneous price or availability listings may appear on this site or independently operated affiliate sites. While we apologize for the inconvenience such an error may cause, Scooterpartsplace.com reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update any related orders. We also reserve the right not to price match against any erroneous price listing on this site or any other site. We always need to make room for brand new merchandise, so we offer low Clearance Prices on first-quality merchandise in our Clearance section.

Introductory Prices
For a limited time, we offer some items at a low Introductory Price, which represents a savings over the regular Scooterpartsplace Price. It pays to shop early on Scooterpartsplace.com while an item is offered at the Introductory Price. Once the Introductory Price expires, the item will generally go up to a higher price.

Multiple Quantity Discount Pricing
Scooterpartsplace.com has selected certain items within our inventory to be eligible for a special multi-quantity discount. You’ll be charged the full amount for the first eligible item you purchase. Then for each additional quantity of that same item that you purchase, you will receive a discounted price. The eligible items must be in the same order and ship to the same address. Scooter multiple purchase discounts apply to all scooters. You will not have to purchase the same model scooter to receive a discount, just by more than one. Multiple scooter purchases should be called in to our sales department. Since all scooters are shipped free of charge, your shipping address is factor in determining how much of a discount we can offer on a particular scooter.
Eligible items are recognizable by the Buy More, Pay Less!
 language included on their Product Detail pages. The discount amount can range from a specific percentage to a specific dollar amount, depending on the item, and will be stated on the Product Detail page. Eligible items and discount percentage and dollar amounts are subject to change without notice.
Refunds for items purchased with a Buy More, Pay Less discount will be made at the discounted price and not the full price, unless all applicable items are returned.
Refunds for valid returns of less than all of the applicable items will be made at the discounted price instead of the full price.
